(1) Check before installation
① When replacing the supercharger, it is necessary to replace the air filter, machine filter and oil (to ensure lubrication clean);
② Check and ensure that the engine inlet and exhaust pipes are clean without debris, and the turbocharger inlet and return pipelines are clean and smooth;
③ Model configuration is correct (incorrect configuration will affect the power or damage to parts);
④ The position of engine oil level must meet the requirements of the scale.
(2) Turbocharger installation
① Complete the "check before installation" work, can carry out the turbocharger installation;
② When installing the supercharger, the supercharger must be oiling for pre-lubrication, filling clean oil from the oil inlet and rotating the rotor shaft, until the oil return hole of the supercharger oil discharge;
③ The oil supply and return pipeline system shall be smooth and shall not be twisted or flattened;
④All the pipe interfaces of the supercharger and the engine must be tightened to prevent leakage caused by false oil leakage and insufficient power of the supercharger.
Usage and Daily maintenance instructions:
(1) Oil and oil filter should be replaced when the vehicle is traveling about 5-8 thousand kilometers;
(2) Start the engine must maintain 3-5 minutes idle speed, ensure the supercharger oil supply in place, lubrication;
(3) engine flameout must idle 3-5 minutes, so that the turbocharger speed and engine exhaust temperature slow reduce, prevent the occurrence of heat return, oil coking, overheating and burn damage parts;
(4) It is strictly forbidden to run the engine continuously for more than one hour under extreme speed and overload.
