Myth 1: Change the oil at will
In the "drink" engine oil, turbocharger is indeed more "delicate", in addition to the volume than the ordinary naturally aspirated engine is larger, the oil requirements are higher. Because the design of the turbocharger is different from that of the naturally inhaled engine, its main rotor shaft adopts floating design. The turbine body and the main rotor shaft are filled with oil, and the whole main rotor shaft relies on lubricating oil for heat dissipation and lubrication. However, poor quality oil has high viscosity and poor fluidity, so it cannot play a better role. Owners are advised to increase their investment in this area by replacing their vehicles with fully synthetic oil.
Myth 2: Turn off the engine when you reach your destination
After a long time of high load operation, the owner must idle for a few minutes before turning off the engine, so that the parts can be effectively cooled and lubricated. Immediately shut off the car behavior will make the vehicle often in a high-speed idling state, the problem is the same as sudden acceleration, will hurt the vehicle bearings.
