Solution: it should be checked that the external oil pipeline of the diesel engine's wetting system (including the inlet and outlet of the supercharger) is not leaking oil, and it should be checked that there is oil in the outlet and outlet of the organic waste gas of the supercharger. If there is oil, it can be judged that the sealing ring at one end of the pressurization is damaged and the sealing ring should be removed.
The automobile oil usage is large, the exhaust pipe emits black smoke, but the driving force does not reduce. Because of the oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger, the automobile oil is burned out according to the diesel engine inlet into the engine combustion chamber. There are several kinds of oil will be: the supercharger return pipe is not smooth, the automobile oil is left too much in the middle of the support plate of the motor rotor, and the gas cap centrifugal impeller is injected along the motor rotor shaft. Close to the gas cap centrifugal impeller one end of the sealing ring or oil ring is damaged, the automobile oil into the centrifugal impeller chamber, and then with the increase of the gas in the room together through the tube into the engine combustion chamber.
Solution: Open the exhaust port of the compressor or the intake nozzle of the diesel engine (high pressure hose), and see if the port and wall thickness adhere to the oil. If yes, please check whether the return pipe of the supercharger is unobstructed. If it is not unobstructed, it is caused by too much oil accumulation at the center of the support plate. It should be installed after the return oil pipe is connected. If it is smooth, it is because one end of the centrifugal impeller seal ring or the oil swing ring is destroyed, and the supercharger should be destroyed to carry out repair.
